Property blueprints for the financier's personal tropical island featured within the images.
Furthermore contained in this recent photograph release is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had created ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.
This development map is covered in notations in red and features a notes section identifying different areas of the land.
In addition to this are what appear to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, including designs for dock shelters.
